# 205 The Light that came on Earth Day

This is about Earth Day. I know it's a while ago, but i just need to share this.

There's something behind the reason why we're taught not to play with fire.

During Earth Hour tonight, a couple of decorative candles were lit up in my crib.

Then i realized one thing when staring at the fire. Actually, two.

One, we've been taught to simply be safe. Which is excellent, but being safe for the rest of our lives will bring us no where. When will you be able to start putting REAL hope into action? How in the affected-by-global-warming-world are you supposed to comprehend and see the REAL light of pain and trust?

Two, we've been taught so well about staying in our comfort zone. Where REAL faith does not breathe its existence. Nobody knew exactly how the moon was like until someone stood up to take in the unimaginable G-force challenge. Nuff said.

Wait, you know what, THREE. We've been seeing things but actually in real spiritual sense, we're not seeing anything at all. When they say that all creation points back to the Creator and speaks volume of praise as well as redefinition that our humanely physical eyes just needs brushing up to get the picture behind the picture. (i know, i don't even know what i'm saying)

Whilst i was staring at the small candle flame,

On a night that humans declared to be "Earth Day",

Words greater than heat danced out from the fire's fame.

It was the Light, speaking about the Truth, showing the Way.

When that happens, it is veli BOOMZ!

There is so much more behind the things we see.

Under the shadows of our arrogance and ignorance.

Because of the Hope that we tuck away.

Ever struggled decisions when you're just clouded and blind?

Ever traced back teachings from before, where you came from?

Ever chosen McD's over Subway, when you're out of your mind?

Ever hated certain actions that always come naturally at times?

Ever made the same foolish step that you sworn never to repeat?

Ever thought that you've just let go and given up on your climb?

Ever doubted what you believe and rather accept defeat?

Well, we're humans. I am. I need a Healer. We need a Healer.

You walk with me through fire. Heal all my disease.

I trust in You, I trust in You.

I believe You're my Healer,

I believe You are all i need

I believe You're my portion,

I believe You're more than enough for me.

Jesus You're all i need.

Nothing is impossible for You.

# 195 I *heart* Details

The education system should have detailed relevance in the scripting of the syllabus, especially of the Moral subject. I mean, who are they teaching with these text books?

Got to renew my lenses (not literally) everywhere i turn.

Switching new perspectives at every direction i see.

Perspectives of those I interact with, that, i need to learn.

Also, the heart and eyes of the One who made me.

Hey, look! that's something more D.E.T.A.I.L.E.D. and even more relevant to be put into black and white in our moral text books! woooooww....ahhhhmazing! haha

By walking the talk, i myself am no perfect man. Double cheers for that! I, myself have to change my perspectives, as i said earlier on, on the education department peeps and seeing through THEIR eyes instead. I guess and hope that they gave us 36 moral values to memorize word by word is truly for our better in life as well as for the nation. Bless their eyes for seeing things a little bit more on the adulthood stage of life for us. Also, maybe, just MAYBE they want us to exercise our left brain a lil more while memorizing. (Do we use the left or right brain to memorize?) See what i mean? haha

It's great from time to time to be realistic. :)
